I am research fellow at the Laboratory of Anthropology, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Since 2005 I have been studying Pentecostal communities in Russia. I am especially intrested in history of Pentecostal movements in the Soviet Union and contemporary Russia, religious identity, conversion process, and spreading of Pentacostalism among indigenous peoples of the Russian North (khanty, mansi, nentsy). In 2011-2012 my colleagues and I conducted a project among "Word of Life" churches in Tyumen region.
