I am Executive Secretary for Evangelism of the United Evangelical Mission, a communion of 39 churches in Africa, Asia and Germany. Our member churches are deeply challenged by charismatic movements both within and around them. Therefore, we are working intensively on issues like "The Holy Spirit and the Life of the Church", "Divine Healing and Deliverance", or "Christian Faith and Witchcraft".
From 1998 - 2006, I coordinated the program "Cooperation between German and Foreign Language Churches" in the German Region of the United Evangelical Mission.
My doctoral dissertation, "The Missionary Self-Perception of Pentecostal / Charismatic Church Leaders from the Global South in Europe", was published by Brill in 2009. In early 2012, it was reprinted as a paperback.
