I am a lecturer and a researcher of Kenyan Pentecostalism based at Egerton University, Kenya. I have published more 20 book chapters and journal articles on Kenyan Pentecostalism. I recently completed my Ph.D thesis on Neo-Pentecostalism: Its Civic and Public Roles in Kenya(1970-2012). Currently I am researching on Pentecostals and Politic, christian churches, Islamophobia, and the Kadhi court controversy, Prophesy and Prayer as Civic engagement.
