Grace Alalade

I am a student at Pentecostal Theological Seminary, Cleveland, Tennessee in the US, studying for the DMin (majoring in Pastoral Theology). Prior to the DMin programme, I completed successfully Masters of Arts in Christian Ministries at PTS in 2018. Prior to that, I completed successfully a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership at St. Mellitus College.

My research is in the field of studying leadership transition in a Black-majority Pentecostal denomination in the UK.I am particularly looking at their response to transitioning power to incoming leaders and younger people. I expect to complete my studies end of 2021.
