I am a Lecturer in the Department of Religious Studies.
My Ph.D thesis focused on how Nigerian Pentecostals intricately connect sexuality with spirituality believing that good spirituality begets good sexuality. I also reinterpreted 1 Corinthians 5-7 which is one of their favourite passages on sexuality. I am currently carrying out a critical study of the teachings of some Pentecostal leaders for better understanding of the Nigerian Pentecostal theology of sex.
