Associate Professor. I have been and am currently working on studies in Pentecostal leadership. I successfully defended my PhD dissertation in organizational leadership at Regent University in December 2016, titled "Experiences of Pentecostal leadership: A phenomenological study among Norwegian pastors." Also, I have written several articles on leadership in Pentecostalism, also in PentecoStudies (2016)
